Delivery methods

Doorstep delivery

Door-to-door courier dispatch with live tracking to your street, flat, and postal zone. Orders over £50.00 may require a signature.

Pickup point

Pick up at a local locker or partner point. Boxes remain on site for 7 days before return dispatch.

Delivery windows run on business days from handover. Outlying territories can take an extra 1-2 days.

Order processing

Orders submitted prior to 16:00 on a working day leave that day. Weekend, holiday, or late submissions process the following business day. Checkout triggers an instant email confirmation with your reference number.

All nutritional powders, capsules, and vitamin liquids are dispatched in heavy-duty cardboard cartons with shock-absorbing honeycomb padding and thermal lining. Each individual container features a factory-applied tamper-evident induction seal and an airtight outer collar to prevent exposure to light, moisture, or mechanical shock during transit.

Tracking your parcel

Upon dispatch, an automated notification containing your unique tracking link is issued via email and SMS. You can monitor the courier movement of your parcel in real time until final delivery.

Lost or delayed parcel

If courier status stalls for 5 business days, write to [email protected] citing your order number. We start a carrier investigation and either dispatch a fresh package or issue a full refund, per your instruction, within 10 business days of notice.

Damaged on arrival

If your parcel arrives with visible exterior transit damage or a compromised security seal, inspect the package before acceptance. Document the damaged carton and compromised seal with photographs and notify our customer service at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an immediate replacement.

Payment methods

Cash on delivery

Hand cash to the courier at delivery. Zero advance payment needed.

Bank transfer

Transfer funds directly to our corporate bank account using the coordinates sent at checkout and by email. Dispatch occurs upon funds receipt, normally within one working day.

Payment channels supported: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We will never request card numbers or online banking passwords over phone or email.

Delivery outside United Kingdom

Dispatch covers selected destinations only. Destination rates and delivery estimates display at checkout prior to payment. The receiver covers local import duties where applicable.
