Conditions

To be eligible for a refund within the 30-day return window, sports nutrition goods and vitamin containers must remain in an entirely new, unused condition with all original inner induction seals, tamper bands, and packaging intact.

Due to strict public health, hygiene, and biosecurity regulations applicable to ingestible wellness products, any vitamin container, protein canister, or nutrition supplement that has been opened, unsealed, or had its safety band broken cannot be accepted for return or refund.

Return instructions

Receive an authorized Return Merchandise Authorisation code alongside the designated warehouse return address in the United Kingdom.
Safely package the items using impact-protective parcel materials with all factory seals and safety labels untouched.

Who pays return shipping

We cover freight if tubs arrive damaged, defective, or mispicked: we provide a prepaid label or book a courier collection. You fund the return transit if you change your mind. No extra fees applied.

Refunds process within 3 business days after passing warehouse inspection. Cash-on-delivery packages are reimbursed via bank transfer to your submitted account details; bank transfers return straight to the source account. Banks typically credit funds within 1-5 business days.
